The indicator is very easy to understand, there is a pre-signal and an entry signal, as they say - sit and enjoy.

The arrow appears on the zero bar, and the entry is on it.
The indicator needs real ticks to work, so it does not show on history.
When using the indicator on Forex, the recommended timeframe is M5 - here you need to focus not on "arrows", but on preliminary signals.

I recommend Take Profit - 10 points, since the probability of working out is 95%.
Stop Loss recommend - 15-20 points
When using the indicator for binary options trading, the recommended timeframes are M1 and M5.
There are much more signals on the M1, but the quality of the signals is no worse than on the M5.
Which timeframe you will use is already an amateur and depends on your time and patience.
Money management for BO:
The indicator provides for the use of a non-aggressive martingale - 1 knee.
Unprofitable trades are naturally present, you can’t go anywhere without them) You just shouldn’t flirt - it’s better to work off the loss by entering another instrument.
